  2000年12月,广东祯州集团全资注册广东荔枝集团有限公司(香港),投入数千万元于荔枝产业的科研、技术、市场与品牌,至力于打造一流“丹荔 DANLI”荔枝酒国际品牌,将千年文化历史的广东荔枝推向全球。
  “丹荔 DANLI”荔枝酒采用千年母树品种“仙婆果”荔枝,与法国杜比耐特葡萄酒研究所合作,依据不同的工艺,酿造出高档荔枝冰酒、干白、威士烈酒、白兰地等不同口感、不同风格的系列荔枝酒,含有人体所需的17种氨基酸和多种矿物质,既有高雅的品位,又有广东荔枝独特风格及千年荔枝文化内涵,产品填补国内外市场空白。
  与华南农业大学联合开发升华干燥荔枝王,2002年列入国家级星火计划项目,科研成果通过了省级鉴定。产品选用惠东名优特产——“仙婆果”荔枝为原料,采用最先进的升华干燥技术(真空冷冻干燥)制作而成,产品保留了鲜果的营养成份,是纯天然健康食品,产品质量与研制技术达到国际先进水平。

  Grape is planted all over the world and the best ones are not planted in China; lychee is planted rarely in the world and the best ones are planted in Guangdong. Like the grape, the lychee could be used to brew wine too. Planting area of lychee in Guangdong is over 5 million mu, on most of which varieties unique in the world with high quality are planted, in particular those known as the king of lychee, including the Guiwei, Xianpoguo and Nuomizi. Those lychees had been the tribute for royal courts in the past dynasties; lychee has been constantly praised by numerous literati and heroes over the centuries, and millennium old lychee trees could be found everywhere. If first-class international brewage masters are recruited for brewing Guangdong lychee into excellent wine to turn fine processing of Guangdong lychee into the one being produced seasonally while consumed perennially, and the one being produced in Guangdong while consumed globally, the resource quality price difference, technology price difference, seasonal price difference, international market price difference and brand price difference could be realized; any of the price differences will bring generous profits for the lychee industry of Guangdong and will prompt the industry into a virtuous cycle that utilizes the scarce resource on the earth to produce more quality products for people around the world.
  In December 2000, Guangdong Zhenzhou Group Co. Ltd. registered a wholly-owned subsidiary - Guangdong Lychee Holdings Ltd. (Hong Kong), and tens of millions Yuan have been invested for the scientific research, technology, marketing and branding of the lychee industry to create a top international brand name of "DANLI" and to bring to the world the Guangdong lychee with a cultural history of a millennium.
  Xianpoguo (Goddess Fruit) lychee borne by the variety of millennium-old mother tree is adopted for DANLI lychee wine; in co-operation with the Dubernet Wine Institute from France and by adopting different technologies, a series of lychee wines with different taste and style are brewed, such as the high-grade Lychee Ice Wine, Dry White, Dry Red, Strong Whisky and Brandy; they contain 17 types of amino acid and diversified minerals which are necessary for human body. They have elegant tastes, as well as the unique flavor of Guangdong lychee and thousands of years' cultural connotation of lychee; the products have, therefore, filled up the market gap of the market both in China and abroad.
  Lyophilized Lychee King which was jointly developed with the South China Agricultural University was listed as the National Spark Program in 2002, and the scientific research achievement has passed the provincial-level certification.
